Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Some jobs may vary due to difficulties extracting rusted and seized parts.
Listed rates apply where part changes are required during bike fitting.

Hourly Shop Rate: $48/hour
Shop rate may apply to milling, facing, reaming and other cutting jobs, and for frame /
fork / dropout alignments; fixed rates for these services as listed in table above apply to
frames that require little prep / disassembly time, as in a new bare frame.
Services not listed above may be charged at the hourly rate.
Service in excess of the standard rates, such as rusted or seized parts, requiring
additional time will incur additional charges based on the hourly rate.
Consultation services, or custom services may be charged at the hourly rate.
Repeat customers usually will receive a loyalty discount, assessed on a per-job basis.

Scheduling
Some minor repairs and tube installation can be done on a “while-you-wait” basis.  Most
services, including tune-ups, require that your leave your bike.
Turnaround times as stated at top of this page.
Next-day service is available.  Call or email our service department to schedule your
appointment.

Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on labor. Parts carry original manufacturers warranty. Contact
us if  manufacturers warranty assistance is required.
New bikes (frame + build kit) purchased from us include a 1-year service warranty.

Deposits
Minimum 25% deposits are customary where parts total more than $100, and/or
services total more than $150.  We reserve the right to require a deposit in any
circumstance.

Remote Repair Service
"Mail-order" or remote service repairs (i.e. where you ship us your hardware) require a
minimum flat rate administration fee of $25 due to the additional overhead time required
to administer this service. Customer pays all shipping cost.

Pickup Service
Pickup and return service available (approx. 30 mile radius).

Consulting Services (Fees may apply)
1. Beginner Level -  the person who is new to cycling who wants to learn
basic riding technique, safety, bike handling, what bike to buy, what to
wear, where to ride, etc.
2. Intermediate Level -  the person who wants to expand beyond basic
cycling, advanced skills, training methods for specific goals.
3. Advanced Level  - training technique, nutrition for fitness, coaching,
cross training, seasonal intensity, peaking/tapering, racing

The individual is interviewed to assess past, present and future cycling goals,
and gather information regarding history, and current fitness level.  A complete,
well-rounded individually customized evaluation package is generated based
on Target Level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)  and the individual's needs
and wants. The evaluation package can include information such as the
following (based on what the individual requires) riding routes, clothing/how to
dress, bicycle fit/riding position, bicycle repair/maintenence training, bicycle
selection, cross training, weather challenges, motivation technique,
developing goals/planning training, accessories equipment (e.g. bike
computers, heart rate monitors, GPS), nutrition.
